What to Expect

Questions About Your Order

Your salesperson is your primary contact for everything related to your order. The store team can also help you with most questions including questions about the products you purchased, your balance due, delivery scheduling, install coordination and service. You can also email cs@grandappliance.com to reach Grand’s centralized Customer Service team with feedback on your experience as well as assistance with balance due or a previously scheduled delivery or installation.

Paying Your Balance

Click here to quickly pay any open balance online. You’ll need to know the amount due and your Sales Order number before making the payment. You can find the balance due in the bottom right of your Sales Order print out or PDF. The Sales Order number is in the top right of the same document and starts with ‘SO’ then two numerical digits then a dash and then a series of additional numbers. You can also contact your salesperson, the store or customer service for this information.

Important Note: All balances must be paid in full before scheduling a delivery that will occur within the next 30 days. If you have an existing order with a balance due and a scheduled future delivery date that is beyond the next 30 days, please ensure your balance is paid at least 30 days before your scheduled delivery date to ensure your placement on a delivery route for that day.

Scheduling Your Delivery

Contact your salesperson or the store if you did not schedule your delivery at the time of sale. We deliver Monday through Saturday in most regions and can usually deliver in-stock items within 3-4 operating days, however we recommend you contact us as early as possible to avoid backlog surges and ensure a spot in the route on your desired delivery date.

We will text and email you a 3-4 hour estimated delivery window the day before your delivery and you can track your delivery on the delivery date, but please choose a day in which you could be available at any time of day when scheduling as we cannot guarantee time requests, we cannot drop items in a garage, back porch, etc. and we require an adult 18-years old or older to sign for the completed delivery.

Product Availability

We’re committed to ensuring the products you ordered will be available on your desired delivery date and will provide realistic estimates up front for special order items and steady, transparent communication throughout the fulfillment process. However, if supply chain factors or concealed damage cause unexpected delays, we will contact you immediately to reschedule for the soonest date possible.

Preparing For Delivery

Ensure your home, office or jobsite is ready for a delivery. At minimum, we need a place to park and unload a large box truck as well as a cleared path from the parking area to the entryway and from entryway to the final appliance destination. This particularly important in new builds and inclement weather, but also includes ensuring pets and small children will be clear of the path as well. Additionally, alert your salesperson ASAP of any building or community restrictions like gates, elevators, tight stairwells, walkup flights, etc. Doing so early can alleviate delivery day delays and/or disappointment.

Delivery vs Installation

Standard delivery includes uncrating your new appliance, setting it in place and removing all packaging. This service also includes removal of your old appliances, however built-in items like dishwashers, wall ovens and cooktops must be uninstalled before we arrive. Products will also be installed and tested if you selected our options for Grand installation when completing your purchase (fees apply).

What should I expect when picking up in store?

Because Grand stores are designed to be showrooms for delivered products, most locations do not have a loading dock, fork lift or other such items used to lift and load large, heavy items like refrigerators, washers or freezers. In fact, due to the extreme weight and bulkiness of these items, the store may not even have able-bodied sales personnel on hand to lift and load these items.

As such, we recommend picking up at the warehouse for most larger items. If that is not feasible, coordinate closely with the store and ensuring either you or the staff on hand can provide assistance to facilitate an in-store pickup.

Return Policy

Most stocked products can be returned within 14 days if they are like new and returned in the original packaging. Built-in products, special order items or anything showing wear and tear is excluded. Click here for full details.

Protection Plans

Most items have a limited 1-year warranty that covers parts and labor. We offer extended protection plans from Allstate that provide a simple online claims system, more coverage and longer terms to protect you in the event of costly repairs or extended service delays down the road.
