What are Their Main Differences?

The exposed heating element in the KitchenAid dishwasher allows for better drying performance as the element essentially bakes the interior of the dishwasher to dry the dishes. But, due to the intense heating of the exposed element, it could potentially warp or melt plastics on the bottom rack, which wouldn't happen in a Bosch dishwasher.
